SHIPPING TIMES
Our objective is to ship your order as quickly as possible after it is received. Our goal is to ship within 2 Business Days but, supply chain and manufacturing issues may occur causing longer lead times. For orders placed after 3 pm Est., on national holidays, and on weekends, your products will ship within the week.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Notice: Customers placing international shipments will be expected to pay for all customs duties and taxes upon arrival. Please make sure to provide accurate contact information as FedEx will be reaching out to you for payment.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Koova products. Our products are built to last a lifetime. With that comes the promise that we will fix or repair anything that breaks or fails to perform as expected for as long as you own it.
