SHIPPING TIMES
Our objective is to ship your order the same business day as it is received. For orders placed after 3 pm Est., on national holidays, and on weekends, your products will ship the next 2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Notice: Customers placing international shipments will be expected to pay for all customs duties and taxes upon arrival. Please make sure to provide accurate contact information as FedEx will be reaching out to you for payment.

RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Koova products. Our products are built to last a lifetime. With that comes the promise that we will fix or repair anything that breaks or fails to perform as expected for as long as you own it. If you don't love your Koova product, or if it fails, we want to know about it. And we will happily replace, repair or refund your money. No time limits. You can always reach us at support@Koova.com.

Where are your products manufactured?
Koova products are made right here in the USA! We manufacture everything ourselves in Charleston, SC.
How much is shipping?
Orders that are $75 or over will receive free shipping for those in the continental US. For smaller orders and those living outside of the continental U.S., shipping is going to vary depending on your location. International orders are subject to relevant fees.
What is the warranty on Koova products?
We have a lifetime warranty on all of our Koova products. This means that if at any point you need a replacement, we’ve got you covered, on us.
What if I’m not satisfied with a product?
While we’re certain you’ll love your Koova products, if for any reason you find you’re not satisfied, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. If you’re still not satisfied, our returns are hassle free.
